A week in pictures
We all had a busy week enjoying our anything, but typical adventures:) Jack and I took our first visit to The Arizona Science Center. We chose to see the Human and Animal Grossology exhibit first since being the boy that he is is so into bodily functions(ewwww...)I have some pics of Jack in a giant nose, but I decided to spare you all the birdseye view into a huge nostril! The coolest exhibit was the simulated weather. Jack and I got to (safely) experience a tornado, hurricane, earthquake and monsoon. Very cool!! Every night around 7pm, The Schwieger household becomes a 70's and 80's dance club. We boogie down to plenty of Donna Summer and Michael Jackson. You will notice that for Jack clothing is optional(see black and white of bryan and jack) and Bryan likes to adopt a costume that makes him look like Rambo, The Family Years. They are hysterical to watch. Jack could definitely have been a regular on Soul Train and Solid Gold with his over the top moves. A was fortunate to catch Jack sitting in his reading corner, again complete with boots. He has been quite the capable dresser lately. Choosing his own outfit each morning(and sometimes throughout the day...laundry!) I just love watching him "read" to himself and get such joy out of his books. He has memorized so many books so well that sometimes you would swear he was actually reading. Next brings a trip to Bounce Jungle. They have 10,000sq.ft. of bounce houses and slides. We met our friends, Janie and Rhett, there for a morning of fun complete with snack and a bit of Happy Feet the movie. The boys really enjoyed all of the jumpers, but their favorite was this 20 foot ladder to climb up to the biggest slide of all. Amazing how coordinated a 2 year old can be! Last was a lazy morning just hanging out with the fam and enjoying Banana-Blueberry Smoothies. Jack gets to drink his out of a big boy cup like Daddy, so I am sure you can appreciate his "blueberry" mustachio(hee hee!). One of my favorite pics of the week is the picture of Jack's feet where one is in his daddy's shoe. At the time I didn't think anything of it, but when I went back to edit my photos, it really seemed like I was watching a time warp of what is now and what the future will be. Sigh.....
