Well, seems all we did over the holiday was bake! Jack and I baked Papa a special chocolate cake(thanks to Amy's grandma's recipe)for his Christmas Day birthday. Jack LOVED using the KitchenAid mixer, but the real treat was licking the spoon and the bowl(I didn't take pictures of that because it was little too sticky!). Don't worry...the cake mix was eggless, so no worries about salmonella!

Oh yummy! I haven't had Nana's chocolate cake in forever! So glad Jack has already perfected the recipe.
