Mommy when I grow up...
At the ripe old age of 3, Jack and I regularly have conversations about what he would like to be when he grows up to be a "daddy." Usually, it is a paleontologist or Spiderman, but on this day, he decided that he would like to be a guitar strumming, football playing Cowboy. We recently converted our loft into a playroom, so now everything Jack loves most is all in the same place replacing hunting for a lost toy or costume with LOTS and lots of creative, imaginative play. These are the moments my heart will remember forever....watching my son strum his Elmo guitar in a much too small jersey singing the Itsy Bitsy Spider. Almost seems a shame that little boys have to grow up, doesn't it?
